Brandenburger develops and manufactures pipe liners in-house for trenchless sewer rehabilitation (link to "Applications" – "Trenchless sewer rehabilitation"). What makes it so special is the patented wrapping technology, with which we have produced a total of more than 7,000,000 metres of pipe liner over the last 20 years. Our pipe liners are hardened with UV light, forming a new pipe within the old one.
The pipe liners are wrapped to form a tube with pre-impregnated laminate rolls. This creates a uniform wall thickness and with pre-impregnation complete penetration of the resin into the glass fibre matrix can be guaranteed. This ensures that there are no flaws in the material and a full-surface pure resin layer forms on the surface of the pipe liner.
As the dimensions, cross-sections and mechanical loads differ depending on the channel to be rehabilitated, we offer a suitable product for every situation combined with technical advice.
